Google-first listings. Soft Serve does not run an unclaimed public directory.
When you add a business we store the Google account that signed in (email / subject) and the Google Place fields for the location you picked. The unique key is google_place_id. We do not treat a typed trade name as identity, we do not publish unclaimed listings, and we do not offer booking or “claim as primary.”
Payments, if configured, go through Stripe. Without Stripe keys the site stays up and uses an explicit test-mode fallback. Contact: [email protected].
